It's a BOY!!!

It's official (as of 4:30 this afternoon): we are having a baby boy!!! We're extremely excited and have been sitting on pins and needles for the past few days, even getting up at 4:45 this morning because I couldn't sleep... This news is great, as we'd already picked out a boys name that we were 100% sure of and everytime we had been imagining the nursery, we had been picturing it decorated for a boy. While we loved doing the baby name brackets, our first name choice didn't even make it out of the first round. No matter, we love the name so here it is: Oakes Davis Guyer.

He's a healthy guy - we got to see his heartbeating away at 168bpm, both hemispheres of his brain, his long strong femur, and of course - his boy parts :) Here are his pictures from his photo shoot today as well as another belly shot from this morning.
